Rotary-Indexing Washers
These are compact washers that employ conventional or servo-controlled mechanisms for indexing the part through multiple cleaning stations
- 3/4/5-station layout depending on cleaning requirements
- Part rotation for enhanced cleaning results
- Servo-manipulated or conventionally-driven wash and dry manifolds
- Manual / gantry or other type of automatic loading
- Washing: high pressure deburr and cleaning; seal and flush; spray wash (single-stage or multi-stage washing)
- Drying: compressed airblow; ambient / hot airblow; component rotation
- Part Types: cylinder block; cylinder head; transmission housings; crankshafts; camshafts; pulleys; gears; compressor parts
- Cleaning Application:
- Targeted final cleaning of critical areas such as oil or fuel galleries and water jackets after machining
- Targeted intermediate cleaning to meet input condition requirements of downstream process
- General cleaning prior to assembly
- Output Cleanliness: suitable for meeting general as well as most stringent cleanliness norms
- Throughput: high (minimum 30seconds)
- High throughput
- Small machine footprint
- High-quality cleaning results
