Services
Keeping our cleaning systems healthy and running with maximum uptime is a top priority for us. We have a team of technicians for providing maintenance services. As maintenance impacts the productivity of the cleaning system, we supply a detailed maintenance plan with every cleaning system. For customers that require additional support for maintenance, we offer annual maintenance contracts where our technicians perform on-site maintenance on a periodic basis
We offer a remote diagnostics service to minimize downtime of our cleaning systems. This service allows our experts to remotely access any cleaning system for real-time troubleshooting and support. The remote access has to be authorized by the end user, and is enabled with an internet connection via a secure VPN tunnel. Our experts are able to navigate the cleaning system's PLC and HMI, and view system usage and fault logs; facilitating speedy fault analysis and resolution. The remote diagnostics capability is offered as an option with new cleaning systems, and can be retrofitted on existing systems as well.
While our machines are renowned for their reliability, faults and breakdowns are sometimes inevitable. Our service engineers and technicians are always easily available via phone and email for support. We make recommendations for resolving problems after fully understanding their details over phone or via remote diagnostics. If the resolution requires supply of spares or on-site visitation then we arrange for them promptly. It has always been our endeavour to provide swift and reliable support to our customers.
As wear and tear in machines is a natural phenomenon, we provide the list of wear parts and their replacement schedule for every cleaning system. We offer a starter package of spares for wear parts with new cleaning systems. We also provide a full range of spares that are supplied on an as-needed basis in consultation with our customers.
Due to the long life and modular construction of our cleaning systems, it is possible in several cases to meet a new cleaning requirement or changes in an existing requirement by retrofitting or retooling an existing cleaning system. Retrofitting and retooling has the potential to accommodate the following new or modified requirements:
- Throughput times
- Cleanliness norms
- Material-handling automation
- Part variety
We proceed with modification only after a thorough assessment of the technical specifications and health check of the existing cleaning system. As retrofitting and retooling deliver maximum ROI to customers, we are happy to collaborate with our customers to explore repurposing of existing, potentially surplus cleaning systems for fulfilling new requirements.
